the room was good sized and nicely furnished, especially the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the location was quiet for traveling around sioux city, short walk to sioux city at historic 4th street for dinner as well as the department stores.

We got 1 night in this nice hotel, really enjoyed it. Queen studio was updated. It also had a nice bathroom and nice beds - all for a real good stay. The location in the main level area was quiet and excellent.

The location was peaceful and excellent, within easy walking distance of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Everything was exceptional, the staff were really helpful and accommodating.

Studio suite was updated and the food was GOOD. Nice hot breakfast, lots of meals. Favourable and quiet location in a perfect area, just next door to Sioux City at Historic 4th Street for dinner, the department stores and the public areas.

We were pleased with the options available. Additionally, we were impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the lady in the breakfast area and the lady at the front desk in the mornings. Their positive attitudes made our stay more enjoyable.

The hotel was excellant, with a nice size and nicely furnished rooms. The location was quiet, in the main level area, in the perfect area. Also, Green Valley Golf Course was 4 miles away from the venue: )

We enjoyed the convenient location close to our business meetings and appreciated having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in our room. we were happy to see some friendly dogs during our stay.

Our stay coincided with a basketball tournament, causing the hotel to be loud and overcrowded. the lack of available seating in common areas made it difficult to fully enjoy the hotel amenities.
